3i sells Datanomic

DN Capital has acquired 3i’s shares and loans in Datanomic, a UK management software business.

Investing alongside the company’s management, DN is the majority shareholder, first backing the company in a Series A round in August 2003, two years after Datanomic was founded. 3i took a minority stake in 2005.
