Bank of Scotland expands team

Bank of Scotland has announced the expansion of its structured finance teams in Paris and Frankfurt, as part of its continuing strategic growth in Europe.

The appointments in Paris of Robert Hamilton as director and Olivier Dehais and Alistair Murray as associate directors and Stephanie Weber as senior analyst in Frankfurt are part of the bank’s continuing commitment to the European leveraged and acquisition finance market.

In Paris, Hamilton joins from the bank’s structured finance team in Edinburgh. He has wide experience of both UK and pan-European transactions, and an excellent working relationship with many of the UK-based venture capital houses that now have operations in France.

Dehais joins the team from the Royal Bank of Scotland’s Paris office and will work on arranging leveraged finance deals. Murray has worked for Bank of Scotland for over six years, and also moves to Paris from the Edinburgh structured finance team.

In Frankfurt, Weber was previously with Arthur Andersen, where she worked as an analyst in the financial services team. She will be involved in all aspects of deal transacting and support.
