Bank of Scotland installs new head of integrated finance arm

Bank of Scotland Corporate has made two senior appointments to its integrated finance team.

Andy Powell has been appointed head of integrated finance London and leads a team responsible for originating mid-market MBOs in London. Frank Summers becomes head of integrated finance partnerships, taking charge of the UK-wide integrated finance partnerships team which works closely with the bank’s chosen entrepreneurs, also through an integrated offering.

Both report into Mark Hammond, overall head of the integrated finance division.
