Barclays buys Aerocan

NI Partners, the private equity subsidiary of French asset management giant the NATIXIS group, has sold Aerocan to Barclays Private Equity in a deal valued around €130m.

The company makes aerosol cans and was acquired by NI in July 2006 through a management buyout back when it was called Cebal Aerosols.

Aerocan manufactures aerosol cans and aluminium bottles for use in all sectors, but specifically cosmetic, perfume, pharmaceutical, beverage, food and technical.
