bioMerieux aiming for IPO

French biotech company bioMérieux is planning an IPO. French regulator Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) has registered its document de base, the first official document published in connection with an IPO of the company.

WENDEL Investissement, an investor in the company since 1988 will sell its 35% stake in the company.
