Boosey exit for HgCapital

HgCapital has sold Boosey & Hawkes, a publisher of classical music, to Imagem, the music publishing fund of Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP and CP Masters and one of Europe’s leading independent music publishers, for approximately £126m.

HgCapital acquired Boosey for £75m in December 2003.
