Brooks re-joins LDC

Mid-market UK firm LDC has hired Peter Brooks, the former managing director of Pi Capital, as a director in its London office, managed by Tim Farazmand.

Brooks will focus on transactions requiring between £2million and £15million of equity in London and the South East.

A former managing partner of Sovereign Capital, he has over 20 years’ of private equity experience, with previous roles including spells at LDC in the late 80s and Gresham in the early 90s.
