CapMan promotes five

Finnish buyouts firm CapMan has made a series of promotions this month, with Jerome Bouix recruited as senior partner, Lars Hagelstam, Hans Tindlund and Torben von Lowzow as partners and Espen Stenumgård as investment director.

Bouix transfers to head the new investor services unit, which is responsible for the Group’s fundraising, fund administration, investor relations, communications and product development. Bouix joined CapMan in 2000 and he is a member of the CapMan Plc Management Group.

Von Lowzow has twenty years of experience from the banking and finance industry in Northern Europe, and was most recently CEO of HSH Gudme Corporate Finance. Fellow new partner Hagelstam joined CapMan in 1999, and has played a key role in several buyout transactions including inter alia Lumene and Staffpoint. Tindlund joined CapMan in 2004 and has played an important role in the establishment of the CapMan operations in Norway.

New investment director Stenumgård joined the firm in 2006. He has a broad background in operations, corporate finance and strategy from his prior positions at Catch Communications ASA, Kistefos Venture Capital and Bain & Company.
