CBRE expands receivership team

CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) has appointed Adrian Phillips as a director of the company’s expanding recovery and restructuring services practice.

As part of his new role, Phillips will work alongside Mark Creamer, CBRE’s head of recovery and restructuring services and Tim Perkin. Phillips will be responsible for the development and delivery of recovery instructions across all property sectors.

Phillips joins CBRE from Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), where he was involved in developing the company’s asset recovery and restructuring team. He has over 25 years of experience in the real estate sector.

Before LSH, he founded his own consultancy practice providing advice to investors in relation to residential and commercial development sites, investment property in the UK and investment brokerage in Europe. He also worked at DTZ for two years where he was a director of asset management.
