Coller buys venture portfolio

Secondaries investor Coller Capital has teamed up with UK VC DFJ Esprit to support early-stage technology businesses.

Coller has acquired the portfolio of the Prelude Trust, the listed vehicle previously owned by Esprit, for £24.2m. The portfolio will receive a similar amount in new capital from Coller, and will continue to be managed by Esprit.
