Colony looks to exit Buffalo Grill

Investment group Colony Capital is seeking to divest the stake it owns in Buffalo Grill, a French restuarant chain, reports La Tribune.

Colony Capital bought its stake in 2005 in a deal which valued the company at €340m. It has 283 restaurants, of which 174 are owned by the company.

Colony Capital is currently building up a joint stake in France-listed Accor, the largest hotel owner in Europe, with investment firm Eurazeo.
