Delta grows

Russian-based Delta Capital Management has appointed Kirill Dmitriev and Egor Sirota as investment managers. Dmitriev was previously deputy general director of Information Business Systems in Moscow, responsible for building the key management processes and strategy for the B2B division and developing and negotiating key client and vendor relationships.

Sirota was previously an associate, investment banking and M&A at Lehman Brothers in New York where he advised on media and telecommunications acquisitions, divestitures and strategic investments.

The team of young, Russian, Western-trained investment managers I have joined is converting this understanding into innovative investments.”
