Ex-Barclays COO joins Osmosis

London-based asset manager Osmosis Capital has appointed former Barclays COO as chief financial officer to the firm.

Paul Bramley will be responsible for all aspects of Osmosis’ financial and risk management, including developing and implementing management and investor reporting systems. He will also manage the firm’s compliance and regulatory obligations.

Prior to Osmosis, he was COO of infrastructure funds at Barclays Private Equity and served as group finance director at Climate Change Capital which he joined at the early stage of its development.

Bramley is the third senior hire Osmosis has made in the past month. At the end of May, Jim Totty was appointed partner and senior investment manager and Carl-Henrik Bengtsson was made partner in the firm’s investor relations team.
