Gerry Fitzsimons has been appointed CEO of TTP Ventures. He replaces David Connell, one of the original founders of TTP Ventures, who becomes executive chairman, taking over from the current non-executive chairman, David Parnell.
This reorganisation of management responsibilities is made to facilitate the further growth in TTP Ventures business, which is currently raising its second fund.
TTP Ventures is the venture capital arm of TTP Group plc, a leading innovation and technology development company based near Cambridge in the UK.
TTP Ventures was established to invest in external, early stage, science and technology businesses and it has a particular focus on spin offs from other research organisations.
