Duke Street Capital has appointed Mark Foulds as director based in the Paris office. Foulds has over 15 years’ experience in private equity and joins Duke Street Capital from Bridgepoint in Paris, where he spent seven years leading mid-market transactions.
Duke Street Capital now has a team of six professionals in France. Foulds started his career in London, in corporate finance at County Bank, and moved into private equity with Bridgepoint in France where he developed and implemented its European strategy, which resulted in the creation of a joint venture with Capital Privé in 1990. In Paris he was responsible for general transactions and portfolio management.
