Axial Capital LP of New York has filed to raise $1 billion through an offering of limited partnership interests. At the time of its SEC filing, the company had already raised $7.6 million from five accredited and two non-accredited investors. The minimum investment of $1 million required on the placement can be waived. The partnership plans to invest its interests in long and short positions in publicly traded equity securities.

The Roda Group Investment Fund XV LLC of Berkeley, Calif., raised $1 million from three accredited investors through an offering of limited partnership interests. The fund intends to make venture capital investment.

AMA Enhanced Index Fund (QP) LP of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., has filed to raise $100 million through an offering of limited partnership interests. At the time of its SEC filing, the company had already raised $20.1 million from two accredited investors. The fund plans to achieve capital appreciation through the use of a ìmulti-managerî investment approach.

Salomon Brothers Archer Investors LP of Fort Mill, S.C., has filed to raise $200 million through an offering of limited partnership interests. At the time of its SEC filing, the fund had already raised $19 million from 27 accredited investors. The minimum investment of $100,000 required on the placement can be waived. The fund plans to operate as a private investment limited partnership.

SunTx Fulcrum Fund LP of Dallas has filed to raise $400 million through an offering of limited partnership interests. At the time of its SEC filing, the fund had already raised $36.2 million from 13 accredited investors. The minimum investment of $5 million required on the placement can be waived. Forum Capital Partners LLC of New York is acting as an agent on the placement. The fund plans to operate as a private investment limited partnership.

Kottke Equity Long/Short Value Fund LLC of Chicago has filed to raise $50 million through an offering of limited liability company interests. The minimum investment of $250,000 required on the placement can be waived.
