At the time of its SEC filing, the investment fund had already raised $18.1 million from 12 accredited investors. The minimum investment of $1 million required on the placement can be waived.

Reservoir Capital Overseas Partners LP of New York raised $20.5 million from two accredited investors through an offering of limited partnership interests. A minimum investment of $10 million was required on the placement. The partnership plans to operate as a private equity fund.

Sand Hill Capital Fund I LP of Menlo Park, Calif., raised $19.7 million from 25 accredited investors through an offering of limited partnership interests. A minimum investment of $10,000 was required on the placement. The partnership plans to invest in privately held, early-stage companies.

Seasons Technology Fund LP of San Francisco has filed to raise $300 million through an offering of limited partnership interests. The minimum investment of $500,000 required on the placement can be waived.

Sovereign New Millennium Fund III LP of Denver has filed to raise $300 million through an offering of limited partnership interests. At the time of its SEC filing, the investment fund had already raised $33.6 million from 12 accredited investors.

PhillipsRay Partners LP of Fort Worth, Texas, has filed to raise approximately $50 million through an offering of limited partnership interests. At the time of its SEC filing, the investment fund had already raised $435,000 from two accredited investors. A minimum investment of $250,000 is required on the placement. The partnership plans to invest in publicly traded securities using long, short and hedged strategies.

Thomas Lloyd ButlerLong/ Short Fund LP of San Francisco has filed to raise $100 million through an offering of limited partnership interests. At the time of its SEC filing, the investment fund had already raised $7.7 million from 15 accredited investors. A minimum investment of $100,000 is required on the placement.
