At the time of its SEC filing, the private investment fund had already raised $9.3 million from seven accredited investors. The minimum investment of $1 million required on the placement can be waived.

Dynamic Domestic Fund LP of New York has filed to raise $200 million through an offering of limited partnership interests. At the time of its SEC filing, the private investment fund had already raised $7.2 million from three accredited investors. The minimum investment of $1 million required on the placement can be waived.

UBS PW Andor Technology Perennial Fund LLC of New York raised $17.3 million from 29 accredited investors through an offering of limited liability company interests. The minimum investment of $500,000 required on the placement can be waived. UBS PaineWebber Inc. of New York acted as an agent on the placement. The fund plans to participate as a LP in Andor Technology Perennial Fund LP, which invests in IT industry.

Ivy Healthcare Capital LP of Montvale, N.J., has filed to raise $50 million through an offering of limited partnership interests. At the time of its SEC filing, the private equity fund had already raised $25 million from 66 accredited and two non-accredited investors. A minimum investment of $100,000 is required on the placement.

Ivory Opportunity II LP of Santa Monica, Calif., has filed to raise $200 million through an offering of limited partnership interests. At the time of its SEC filing, the private investment partnership had already raised $1.1 million from one accredited investor. The minimum investment of $1 million required on the placement can be waived.

Juggernaut Fund LP of Nassau, Bahamas has filed to raise $1.5 billion through an offering of limited partnership interests. At the time of its SEC filing, the private investment fund had already raised $1 billion from 60 accredited and 21 non-accredited investors.

Seasons Technology Fund LP of San Francisco has filed to raise $300 million through an offering of limited partnership interests. The minimum investment of $500,000 required on the placement can be waived.
