There is minimum investment of $2 million required. At the time of its SEC filing, the fund had already raised just over $731.88 million from 24 accredited investors. The private investment company intends to use proceeds from the offering for working capital.

Perennial Fund, LP of New York is raising $1 billion through a private placement of limited partnership interests. A minimum investment of $1 million is required on the placement. At the time of its SEC filing, the fund had already raised just over $250,000 from one accreĂ–ited investor. The private investment partnership intends to use the proceeds from the offering for investment programs/securities.

Henderson European Absolute Return Fund, Ltd of Dublin is raising $1 billion through a private placement of common stock. There is minimum investment of $100,000 required on the placement. At the time of its SEC filing, the fund had already raised just over $17.65 million from six accredited investors. The fund to invest, reinvest and trade in securities intends to use proceeds from the offering for investment programs/securities.

Henderson Japan Absolute Return Fund, Ltd of Dublin is raising $1 billion through a private placement of common stock. There is minimum investment of $100,000 required on the placement. At the time of its SEC filing, the fund had already raised just over $25.93 million from eight accredited investors. The fund to invest, reinvest and trade in securities intends to use proceeds from the offering for investment programs/securities.

Ampersand V, LP of Wellesley, Mass., is raising about $296.65 million through a private placement of partnership interests. A minimum investment of $5 million is required. The Veritage Group LLC of Natick, Mass., is acting as the agent on the placement for a finders’ fee of $616,950. At the time of its SEC filing, the fund had already raised about $291.6 million from 47 accredited investors. The fund, which will invest in private and public companies, intends to use the proceeds from the offering to invest and trade in securities, futures and other instruments.

CFROI Small Cap Life Cycle Fund LLC of Chicago is raising $100 million through a private placement of limited liability company membership units. A minimum investment of $150,000 is required on the placement. At the time of its SEC filing, the fund had already raised just $27.4 million from 20 accredited investors.
