Harding, Loevner Concentrated Fund LP of Somerville, N.J., is raising $500 million through a private placement of limited partnership interests. A minimum investment of $10,000 is required. At the time of its SEC filing, the fund had already raised approximately $7.4 million from six accredited investors. The investment advisory fund intends to use the proceeds from the offering for investment capital, salaries and fees.

Lazard Global Opportunities Ltd. of Somerville, N.J., is raising $500 million through a private placement of limited partnership interests. A minimum investment of $1 million is required. At the time of its SEC filing, the fund had already raised approximately $4.55 million from four accredited investors.

The 1818 Mezzanine Fund II LP of New York is raising $400 million through a private placement of partnership interests. A minimum investment of $10 million is required. Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., of New York is acting as an agent on the placement for an undisclosed commission. The private equity fund intends to use the proceeds from the offering for investment purposes.

Maple Row Partners LP of Rowayton, Conn., is raising $200 million through a private placement of partnership interests. A minimum investment of $500,000 is required. At the time of its SEC filing, the company had already raised $101.15 million from 67 accredited investors.

Kettle Partners Limited Partnership II of Chicago is raising $100 million through a private placement of limited partnership interests. A minimum investment of $1 million is required. At the time of its SEC filing, the partnership had already raised $10.55 million from 15 accredited investors. The partnership, formed to seek capital appreciation and current return primarily through investments is privately held Internet companies, intends to use the proceeds from the offering for working capital.

Wildfire Fund LP of Westport, Conn., is raising $50 million through a private placement of limited partnership interests. A minimum investment of $500,000 is required. At the time of its SEC filing, the fund had already raised just over $500,000 from one accredited investor.

Ring Partners LP of Denver is raising $25 million through a private placement of limited partnership interests. There is no minimum investment required on the placement. At the time of its SEC filing, the fund had already raised just over $3.25 million from 10 accredited investors. The limited partnership intends to use a majority of the proceeds from the offering for the investment fund.

Tilson Growth Fund LP of New York is raising $25 million through a private placement of limited partnership interests. A minimum investment of $100,000 is required. At the time of its SEC filing, the company had already raised $9.25 million from 42 accredited investors. The company intends to use the proceeds from the offering for investment capital.
