At the time of its SEC filing, the fund had already raised $10.4 million from one accredited investor. The minimum investment of $1 million required on the placement can be waived.

Panda Partners LP of Boston has filed to raise $1 billion through a private placement of limited partnership interests. The minimum investment of $250,000 required on the placement can be waived. At the time of its SEC filing, the company had already raised $825,000 from four accredited investors.

Cedar Street Venture Fund I LP of Larchmont, N.Y. has filed to raise $1 billion through a private placement of limited partnership interests. At the time of its SEC filing, the fund had already raised $15.2 million from 10 accredited investors.
