Sencorp Associates LP of Providence, R.I., raised $1.5 million from 33 accredited investors through a private placement of partnership interests. A minimum investment of $5,000 was required on the placement. The partnership plans to acquire ownership interests in manufacturing businesses.

Brooke Private Equity Advisors Fund I (D) LP and Brooke Private Equity Advisors Fund I (F) LP, of Boston, have filed separate filings to raise $150 million each. Partnership D plans to make private equity investments in securities of operating companies. Partnership F plans to invest in private equity funds and other private equity investment vehicles.

LODH Private Equity Euro Choice II (Delaware) LP of Jersey, U.K., filed to raise $249.8 million through a private offering of partnership interests. At the time of its SEC filing, the fund had already raised $65.1 million from three accredited investors. A minimum investment of $6.2 million is required on the placement. The filing cites New York Life Insurance Company, Avaya Inc. Master Pension Trust and The Investment Master Trust of ITT Industries Inc. among beneficial owners. The investment fund plans to focus on European middle market buyout and growth capital and make selective special situations private investments directly and through private equity funds.
