Goldman recruits

Goldman Sachs is continuing to build its European leveraged finance team with the appointment of Guy du Parc Braham as a London-based managing director. He joins from Deutsche Bank as a senior originator focused on sponsor and corporate financing business and will report to Tim Flynn and Doug Henderson, co-heads of European leveraged finance.

“[This] hiring reflects both our commitment to the leveraged finance business and the intent to grow our pool of people in line with the opportunities we see in the European market over the next three to five years as transaction volume continues to grow and the investor base diversifies,” Henderson said.

Prior to Goldman Sachs, Parc Braham spent 4-1/2 years at Deutsche Bank as a managing director responsible for the origination and execution of sub-investment grade debt. He was also involved in a number of corporate restructurings.
