Gottlieb enters Hotbed

Private investor syndicate Hotbed has appointed Julius Gottlieb as head of property. He previously held the position of chief financial officer at Lend Lease and is a member of Bank of England Property Forum.

Prior to Lend Lease, Gottlieb was finance director at Morley Fund Management and a finance director at Berkley Homes, As well as sitting on the Bank of England Property Forum, he also chairs the Property Finance Forum, which he founded in 2005. Gottlieb was appointed as a non executive director of Hotbed Group last June.

Gottlieb will take over from Andy Taylor, Hotbed’s current head of property, and it is believed Taylor will continue working with Hotbed on its Channel Islands property portfolio.
