Greenwood to Lehman

Lehman Brothers has appointed James Greenwood as managing director and co-head of European leverage finance.

Greenwood, who has 15 years of leverage finance experience, joins from Merrill Lynch, before which he worked

at DLJ and Bankers Trust.

He will work alongside Charles Pitts-Tucker and report to Peter Combe, co-head of global financial sponsors.
