HgCapital promotes

UK mid-market firm HgCapital has promoted Justin von Simson to partner.

Von Simson joined the business as an associate in 2003, having previously worked for Goldman Sachs and Deloitte. In 2005 he was promoted to associate director and in 2007 to director. Over the past five years, he has been involved in several transactions, including Hofmann Menü, Schenck, Hirschmann, Schleich, SLV and KVT.

Von Simson’s election brings the number of partners in the Munich office to three, and is the second internal promotion in Germany to Partner in two years.
