US-based ideaEDGE Ventures and Nordic-based Startupfactory have set up an international partnership to benefit both parties in their chosen investment field of mobile communications.
Under this international partnership agreement ideaEDGE and Startupfactory will work together to enable the deployment of mobile Internet technologies on a global scale by sharing business and technology resources and market intelligence research.
Startupfactory is a venture capital company supported by Investor AB, Softbank Europe Ventures and Carnegie. It has operations in Finland, the Netherlands and Sweden and was founded by Sven-Christer Nilsson, former chief executive officer of Ericsson and Rolf Skoglund, former vice president of Microsoft.
Investor AB is also an investor in ideaEDGE.
