Interregnum non-exec

Melvyn Morris has been appointed non-executive director of technology investment and advisory firm Interregnum. Morris is an experienced senior executive and technologist. He has founded and developed five profitable technology companies and has a long history of collaboration with Interregnum, which has resulted in two successful trade sales. In 1997 Interregnum assisted him in the sale of Prometrics to Platinum Technology. More recently Morris was the founder of uDate.com Inc, an Internet dating business with annual revenues of $40m, which was sold to Interactive Corporation of America in April 2003 for $150m, less than five years after it was founded, generating £600,000 in advisory fees for Interregnum in the last financial year.
