Invictus Growth Partners collects $322m across two funds

Invictus Growth Fund I has raised $216 million and $106 million for a co-investment fund.

San Francisco-based Invictus Growth Partners has raised $322 million across two funds. Invictus Growth Fund I has raised $216 million and $106 million for its co-investment fund.

The limited partners include state pension funds, corporate pension funds, insurance companies, funds of funds, and family offices.

Invictus acquires and invests in enterprise cloud software, cybersecurity, and fintech companies.

The firm was co-founded by John DeLoche and William Nettles.

Invictus targets companies with at least $10 million of annual recurring revenue that have been bootstrapped or have annual recurring revenue greater than equity capital raised.
