Jackson back to Andersen

Andrew Jackson has been appointed assistant director at Arthur Andersen in Bristol working within the firm’s corporate finance division covering London and the South. Jackson will concentrate on larger private equity transactions management buyouts and buy-ins and M&A in the GBP10 million plus bracket. He returns to Arthur Andersen after six years with KPMG corporate finance. Simon Baldins, director said: “We are delighted to have Andrew back on board. He is an extremely valuable asset to our team in Bristol and will be instrumental in assisting us with the increasing number of deal opportunities that we are advising on in the region.”
