  • Joined Abraaj as partner this year
  • Not clear why he left
  • Working with clients in PE and financial services

Jeddy is now back at McKinsey as a director, McKinsey confirmed. He works with clients in financial services and private equity.

McKinsey and Jeddy declined to comment further. Abraaj did not respond to a request for comment.

Jeddy joined Abraaj earlier this year as a partner, according to an Abraaj email from June. It’s not clear why he left Abraaj or if Jeddy retains any sort of relationship with the firm.

Jeddy started at McKinsey in 1993, left to attend Yale Law School in 1996, then rejoined the firm in 1999, according to a Bloomberg profile.

Abraaj Group manages $7.5 billion in assets with more than 25 offices in Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Middle East.
