KPMG CF appts

KPMG corporate finance has appointed Christopher Fisher, a former managing director of Lazard, as vice chairman. Fisher boasts extensive experience of advising on corporate strategy and finance and on the structuring and implementation of complex corporate transactions.

Since leaving Lazard last year he has been appointed a non-executive director of Kelda Group and senior adviser at Montagu Private Equity. The previous year he became a non-executive director of Yates Group and a trustee of the Imperial War Museum.

In his new role at KPMG corporate finance, Kelda will be responsible for relationship development working across the business including M&A, debt financing and valuations.
