LBS names non-exec

UK investment firm LBS Capital has appointed David Verey as non-executive director.

Verey was previously chairman of Blackstone Group UK where he remains as a member of its international advisory board. Prior to Blackstone, he worked for Lazard Brothers for 28 years, becoming chief executive in 1990 and chairman two years later.

He is also non executive director and chair of the audit committee at the Daily Mail & General Trust.

LMS’s shares are listed on the London Stock Exchange. Its portfolio comprises of investments in both US and UK, early stage and second round technology investments, development capital and mature company buy-outs.
