Lockheed’s PE chief returns to International Finance Corp

Kozloski made the move in April, she said today at the IFC and Emerging Markets Private Equity Association Global Private Equity Conference 2015, which she chaired.

Kozloski said she replaced David Wilton, who left IFC last year to join Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners as a managing director with a focus on private equity impact investing, according to a statement from the bank.

Kozloski worked at Lockheed Martin Investment Management Co for seven years, from 2008 until March. Previously, she worked at IFC and World Bank from 1993 to 2006, according to her LinkedIn profile.

Kozloski leads the IFC team that invests in GPs in emerging markets around the world. IFC’s private equity team invests about $500 million a year, according to the organization. The portfolio has about $5 billion invested across 270 funds.

The group generally wants to commit from $20 million to $50 million in a GP, with the potential to commit additional capital in a follow-on fund, IFC said.

It’s not clear if Lockheed has directly replaced Kozloski. She oversaw a $3.5 billion private equity and real estate portfolio, according to her biography included in IFC documents.

A spokeswoman for Lockheed declined to comment.
