Lovells CIS consists of a team of more than 59 people including 34 Russian and expatriate lawyers, and legal staff headed by Oxana Balayan, managing partner of the office. Oxana is ranked as Recommended Corporate M&A Lawyer by the Chambers Global Guide 2006-2007. All our lawyers are fluent in Russian, English and German. Each lawyer has extensive experience of advising on multi-jurisdictional issues.
