Five reported financial terms, which combined for about $1.5 billion. Year-to-date deal volume rose to roughly $45.2 billion with the latest entries.The largest, of which, was Avista Capital Holdings LP’s purchase of Knology Inc. through its WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone holding. The acquisition of the Georgia-based provider of communication and entertainment services had a rank value of $1.4 billion.
