Impax Group, the AIM-listed investment manager focused on the environmental sector, has appointed Vince O’Brien as non-executive director to the company.
O’Brien is currently the director of London-based outfit Montagu Private Equity where he has spent the past 16 years.
With over 20 years of experience in the private equity industry, he was formerly the chairman of the British Venture Capital Association (BVCA) in 2005. He also served on the council for seven years.
Founded in 1994, Impax focuses on markets for clean delivery of energy, water and waste.
