Natixis backs Dutch team

Holland Venture Partners has launched a €70m fund to for expansion and

buyout investments in small and medium sized Dutch companies.

The fund has been raised entirely from Natixis Private Equity, the French investment firm.

The fund, called NPE Holland Venture Partners Fund I, will invest in companies with revenues up to €60m, and will acquire either majority or minority stakes with control rights, investing €3m to €13m worth of equity.

Holland Venture Partners is the new incarnation of Holland Venture, one of the first private equity firms in the Netherlands, created in 1981 and with 110 exits under its belt from four funds.
