NB Private Equity Partners to float

NB Private Equity Partners (NBPE), the former fund-of-funds team of Lehman Brothers, is seeking admission to list its shares on the Specialist Fund Market (SFM) of the London Stock Exchange.

The company will retain its listing on the Euronext Amsterdam by NYSE Euronext, ensuring that the shares will be traded in both London and Amsterdam. Oriel Securities is the sole sponsor and broker in association with the admission.

NBPE will commence trading its shares on the SFM this month. Following its admission, shares will be traded under the symbol NBPE. The Guernsey-based investment company is not offering any new shares or securities in connection with the admission.

Chairman of NBPE, Talmai Morgan, said: “London is an important financial centre and admission to trading on the LSE will boost NBPE’s visibility among the company’s target investor base. The increased market liquidity offered by a dual-admission should also provide long-term benefits to existing shareholders and potential new investors.”

NBPE is a closed-end limited liability investment company and is managed by NB Alternative Advisors, an indirect subsidiary of Neuberger Berman Group.
