Noble adds two non-exec directors

The UK investment bank Noble Group has appointed Stephen Curran and Keith Jones to its board as non-executive directors.

Jones was chief executive officer at Morley Fund Management from 1999 until he retired at the end of 2006. He was a Board Member of the IMA from 2003 to earlier this year and was chairman of the ABI Investment Committee from 2004 to 2006.

Curran currently holds directorships at Candover Investments, Greggs, Countryside Properties, and Oxford Investment Partners. He is still a non-executive director of Candover where he was chairman from 1999 to 2006, and chief executive from 1991 to 1999, and deputy chief executive from 1981 to 1991.
