KKR named Kate Richdale member and head of strategy and business development in Asia Pacific. Richdale joins from Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong, where she was chairman of investment banking in Asia Ex-Japan.
Genstar Capital promoted David Golde to managing director and Ben Marshall and David Graham to director.
Excellere Partners, the Denver private equity firm, promoted Mike Vieth to principal and Nick Coleman and Matt Halverson to vice president.
Balance Point Capital, the Westport, Connecticut, investor of debt and equity into middle-market companies, named Eric J. Dale a partner. Dale previously was chief legal officer and chief risk officer at Nielsen Holdings.
NRD Capital promoted John Teza to principal. Teza joined the Atlanta PE firm in 2017.
Carlyle Group named Mark Blaufuss an operating executive for the industrial and transportation team. Blaufauss is former CFO of Metaldyne Performance Group.
SNH Capital Partners promoted Susan Blanco to managing director. Blanco was a managing director in Houlihan Lokey‘s technology group.
TA Associates: Amit Jain rejoined the firm as a vice president in the Menlo Park, California, office. Jain will be a member of TA’s North America technology group.
Zygus Capital hired Geoff Barden as a managing partner. In addition to the position at Zygus, Barden is an analyst at 1st Source Bank.
Intermediate Capital Group named Jamie Rivers a managing director in the U.K. equity and mezzanine team. Rivers joins from BC Partners.
Napier Park Global Capital named Joseph Lane vice chairman and a member of the management committee. Lane is currently a managing director in real assets at the firm.
Hamilton Lane hired Jean Reynolds as head of consultant relations and Stephanie Davis as principal of intermediary sales. Reynolds most recently was an executive director in the alternative investment partners group at Morgan Stanley. Davis joins Hamilton Lane from Ultra Capital, where she was director and CCO within the capital formation team.
Siguler Guff: Doug Loveland rejoined the marketing team as a managing director in New York. Loveland originally joined the PE firm in 2011 before leaving in late 2017.
GoldPoint Partners, a PE affiliate of New York Life Investment Management, promoted Scott Iorio to managing principal. Iorio joined GoldPoint in 2006.
Nutty Goodness, a snack brand, appointed Christopher West CEO. West joins from Cswestintl, a consultancy and investment platform he founded. Cswestintl has merged with Canongate Capital, the PE-firm parent of Nutty Goodness.
Gelest, the Morrisville, Pennsylvania, provider of silicones, organosilanes and metal-organics for technology end markets, named John Sobchak CFO. Sobchak had been CFO at Ampac FIne Chemicals. Gelest is backed by New Mountain Capital.
Leafly, the Seattle cannabis website, named Tim Leslie CEO. Leslie most recently was vice president of Amazon Prime Video International. Leafly is backed by Privateer Holdings, the cannabis-focused PE firm.
BTI Studios, a portfolio company of Shamrock Capital, named Chris Carey chief revenue officer and managing director for the Americas. Carey joined BTI from Verizon where he was CRO and head of strategy for the digital media services unit. BTI Studios provides language dubbing services.
MeriCal, the California dietary supplement formulation and custom packaging company backed by Linden Capital Partners, named Brent Moore executive vice president of operations.
Lumileds, the San Jose, California, lighting company backed by Apollo Global Management, named Jonathan Rich CEO. Rich had been chairman and CEO of Berry Global.
Hepaco, backed by Gryphon Investors, named Scott Metzger president and COO. Metzger most recently was an SVP at Clean Harbors. Hepaco is the Charlotte provider of environmental and emergency response services.
Digital Goodie, a portfolio company of Black Dragon Capital, named Moris Chemtov CEO. Chemtov had been president of Jesta I.S., formerly Richter Systems. Digital Goodie is the Helsinki provider of ecommerce software.
Material Handling Holdings named Matt Zielsdorf president of three units: Lift Products, Derco Manufacturing and Solution Dynamics. Zielsdorf is a former vice president of sales and marketing at Peerless Food Equipment. Material Handling is backed by Borgman Capital,
Gerber Technology, backed by AIP, named Ketty Pillet vice president of global marketing. She joins from Lectra. Gerber is the Tolland, Connecticut, provider of software and automation solutions to industries including apparel, transportation and packaging.
Performance Health, backed by Madison Dearborn Partners, named Francis Dirksmeier CEO. He had been president of Henry Schein Animal Health – North America. Performance Health is the Warrenville, Illinois, provider of products to the rehabilitation, physical therapy and sports medicine markets.
Restoration & Recovery, a portfolio company of DFW Capital Partners, appointed Richard Matero CEO. Matero previously was CFO at CBRE FacilitySource. R&R is the Durham, North Carolina, provider of storm-water-management services.
ACT Capital Advisors, the Seattle M&A firm representing lower-middle-market companies, promoted Chris Sheppard to vice president. Sheppard joined the firm in 2014 as a senior associate.
A.T. Kearney named Simon Kent global head of financial services. Kent joined the management consultant as a partner in its London office in 2013.
P&M Corporate Finance promoted Joe Wagner to managing director and partner. Wagner joined PMCF in 2003 as an analyst.
Equiteq: Sam Levy joined as an M&A director. He was previously a principal at Marlin & Associates. Levy focuses on B2B technology and services companies in the security, business intelligence and fintech verticals.
Pacific Oak Capital Markets Group named Mark Koshan manager of product and due diligence. Koshan joins from KBS Capital Markets Group.
JP Morgan Asset Management appointed Jennifer Wu global head of sustainable investing. Wu previously was a member of its sustainable investing team at BlackRock.
Peakstone hired John Eck as a managing director at the investment bank. Eck had led Guaranteed Rate‘s efforts to develop its multifamily lending capabilities.
Macquarie Capital named Chris Rutherford a managing director. He previously was a managing director in the natural resources group, covering upstream oil and gas companies, at UBS.
Hercules Capital named Seth Meyer CFO. Meyer succeeds David Lund, who served as interim CFO for 16 months and continues as an adviser through April. Most recently, Meyer was CFO of Swiss Re’s commercial insurance business.
Prudential Capital Group: Prudential Capital Energy Partners, the middle-market energy mezzanine fund business, named Debra Hemsey managing director. Hemsey had been managing director at GE Energy Financial Services – Power & Renewables Group.
Pillsbury: Jarrod D. Murphy joins the law firm’s New York office as a partner while Ted Powers III becomes special counsel. Murphy was at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher and Powers at Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
Latham & Watkins: Ivana K. Rouse joined the law firm’s Houston office as a partner in corporate development and a member of the investment funds practice. Rouse previously was a partner at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld in Houston.
Proficio Capital Partners, the Boston multifamily office, named Sheldon Hanau chief strategy officer. He previously was director of industry research for the Americas at Wellington Management.
