Palamon hires banker

London-based mid-market private equity firm Palamon Capital Partners has appointed its second vice-president in just three weeks.

Pascal Jean-Noël Noth joined Palamon’s 16-strong team from the London-based investment banking division of Goldman Sachs where he was an associate.

Prior to Goldman Sachs he was project manager for The Monitor Group, where he was involved with both its global management consultancy and global mid-market private equity fund.

Noël Noth is Palamon’s second vice-president recruit in under a month. In early March the firm appointed Ricardo Caupers as vice-president to the firm’s London team.

Palamon has €1.1bn of equity under management and is currently investing its second pan-European fund, Palamon European Equity II.
