• Marilyn Adler has been named a partner with Colt Capital Group. He had previously served as a founding partner of Hudson Venture Partners.

• Richard Bidgood has been named executive vice president with Lancaster, Pa.-based Growth Capital. Prior to joining Growth Capital, Bidgood was vice president and senior portfolio manager for First Union National Bank where he has worked since 1983.

• Bruce Blockley, Michael Boroza, Jon Folan and Timothy Redpath have all joined Bear, Stearns & Co.‘s private client services group in San Francisco as senior managing directors. The team will serve wealthy individuals, venture capitalists, professional investors and corporate clients. Prior to joining Bear Stearns, Blockley and Boroza served as senior vice presidents at Lehman Brothers, Folan was a managing director and group head of Prudential Volpe Technology Group‘s corporate venture operation and Redpath was a managing director and chief administrative officer with Prudential Volpe Technology Group.

• Dekkers Davidson has joined Charles River Ventures as an executive-in-residence. He was most recently president of Rogers Cantel‘s Ontario division.

• Roger Krakoff has been named a managing director with New York-based media investment bank The Jordan, Edmiston Group, and its affiliated venture capital fund JEGI Capital. He was previously a managing director at Veronis Suhler & Associates.

• Philip Weymouth has been named lead managing director for Veronis Suhler & Associates‘ merger and corporate finance division. He comes to the New York-based firm from JP Morgan Capital Corp.‘s communications group.
