• Alan Aubrey has been named the head of Northern Operations at Axiomlab, an early-stage investor in technology companies located in Northern England and Scotland.

• Philip Ladouceur will join MM Venture Partners as a partner, an early-stage venture capital firm. Since 1999, Ladouceur has served as chief executive of publicly traded ASP company FutureLink. Ladouceur will be the third partner at the firm.

• Michiel Lap has joined mobile telecommunications company Orange as vice president of Orange Strategic Ventures. Prior to the move Lap was co-head of Morgan Stanley Dean Witterís global e-commerce group and the companyís venture capital unit. He will head up Orange Ventures.

• Christopher Marlowe has joined Access Capital Partners, a European private equity firm, as an investment director for secondary investments. He was formerly with Arcis Finance.

• Elizabeth Morgan has been named senior analyst responsible for sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities and assisting portfolio companies for Voyager Capital. Prior to joining Voyager, Morgan interned with Lehman Brothers in the Capital Markets group.

• Joseph Sponholz has been named a general partner with Prospect Street Ventures. He had previously served as vice chairman of Chase Manhattan Bank, functioning as the companyís most senior IT executive.
