Ludo Bammens has joined KKR as director of European corporate affairs. He previously was with Coca-Cola, working in Europe.

Blair Barlow has joined Lime Rock Partners, a Westport, Conn.-based private equity firm focused on the energy sector. He previously was an acquisitions and divestitures analyst with Signalta Resources Ltd. in Calgary.

Deborah Bernstein and Jason Rotman have joined Aquiline Capital Partners as investment professionals. Bernstein previously was a general partner with Pequot Ventures, where she co-led the firm’s financial services practice. Rotman previously was with Swiss Re as head of alternative investments.

Robert Bertram will retire as chief investment officer of the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan at year-end. He will be succeeded by Neil Petroff, who is currently senior vice president of investments.

The Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec said that president and CEO, Richard Guay is taking a month-long medical leave.

Paolo Cantarella has joined Advent International as an operating partner focused on the industrial sector. He previously served as CEO of Fiat SpA between 1996 and 2002.

Fredrik Cassel has been promoted to partner at Nordic venture capital firm Creandum. He joined the firm in 2003, and has led deals for Spotify, Cint, Pintavision and Videoplaza.

Peter Christodoulo has joined Francisco Partners as an associate working out of the firm’s London office. He previously was a Boston-based associate with Thomas H. Lee Partners and, before that, was an analyst in Credit Suisse’s tech I-banking group.

Miles Cresswell-Turner has joined Duke Street Capital as a partner, with a focus on financial services. He previously was a partner with Palamon Capital Partners.

Charles-Henri Filippi has joined CVC Capital Partners as a senior advisor. He is the former chairman and CEO of HSBC France.

Mark Graf, former chief financial officer of Fifth-Third Bank, has joined Aquiline Capital Partners as an investment professional. He most recently was a partner with Barrett Ellman Stoddard Capital Partners, with a focus on the financial services sector.

Barry Greenstein has joined Aon Consulting as a senior vice president in the firm’s corporate transactions group. He previously was a senior actuary and principal in Mercer’s New York office, where he worked with private equity clients.

Thomas King has joined KeyBanc Capital Markets as a managing director in the firm’s financial sponsors group. He previously was with CIT Investment Banking Services, where he focused on M&A.

Elliot Linsley has joined Waltham, Mass.-based private equity firm Webster Capital as an investment manager. He previously was an investment banking analyst with RBC Capital Markets.

Fons Lute has joined Dutch pension fund manager PGGM Investments as managing director of alternative strategies. He previously was CIO of Blue Sky Group.

Luke MacKenzie has joined Close Brothers as a director in the firm’s European restructuring and debt advisory group, with a focus on the real estate sector. He previously was with CB Richard Ellis Real Estate Finance.

Christopher McFadden has joined Health Evolution Partners to launch a New York office, and as a managing director of the firm’s growth fund. He previously was a managing director with Goldman Sachs.

Sanjay Nayar has agreed to join KKR as head of the firm’s new office in Mumbai, India. He previously was chief executive of Citi South Asia, where he will be replaced by Mark Robinson.

Fritz Thomas has joined Oak Hill Advisors as a New York-based managing director, where he will lead the firm’s business development and client coverage activities. He previously was a managing director with Deutsche Bank.

Ben Silverman has joined the board of The Peacock Equity Fund, a $250 million fund focused on the media sector. He is co-chairman of NBC Entertainment.

Rakesh Sony has joined India-based Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd. as director of private equity. He previously was co-founder and managing director of Microsec Group.

Paul Woodley has joined UK private equity firm RJD Partners as a consultant. He has been an independent turnaround specialist for the past seven years.
