US law firm Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman has added two new faces to its London office in the shape of partner Simon Fielder and associate Caroline Grange in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Group.
Both Fielder and Grange arrive from Osborne Clarke where they worked in the areas of corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, with a particular emphasis on the AIM market. In addition to acting on numerous AIM flotations, Fielder’s experience includes advising IT consulting services provider Spearhead Limited on its £20m admission to AIM; and advising FUN Technologies, an online gaming company, on a partial offer by Liberty Media, a deal which included the repatriation of FUN to Canada and the creation and the quotation of a new Canadian holding company on AIM.
