UK law firm Pinsent Masons appointed three new corporate partners and one new banking & finance partner in its first round of partner promotions since its recent merger.

Andrew Black specialises in public company work, advising on flotations, placings, demergers, rights issues and takeovers, and acquisitions and disposals for both public and private companies.

Hannah Kendrick specialises principally in corporate finance work, advising companies and their institutional advisers on fundraising; flotations and further issues including placings, open offers and rights issues, as well as advising both listed and unlisted companies on acquisitions and disposals.

John Tyerman specialises in corporate finance, advising on a wide range of acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and demergers to both public and private companies as well as advising on flotations, placings and rights issues.

Alice Broadfield acts for both financial institutions and corporate borrowers in a variety of banking transactions including, in particular, the acquisition and leveraged teams of Barclays, The Royal Bank of Scotland and Bank of Scotland.
