Polypipe rides out of Castle Harlan

US private equity firm Castle Harlan has realized its investment in Polypipe Group, a Doncaster, South Yorkshire-based supplier of plastic pipe systems, in a £450m sale to Bank of Scotland Integrated Finance.

Castle Harlan Partners IV acquired the business in September 2005 for £293m from IMI.
