Allyes, a provider of integrated digital marketing services in China, has appointed Dr. Hanhua Wang as chief executive officer. Wang served as President of Amazon China, the China operation of Amazon.com, Inc. Allyes is a portfolio company of Silver Lake.

Eyewear product designer ICU Eyewear has appointed Rich Conti as chief executive officer and member of the board of directors. The company has also appointed Kirk Hobbs, most recently the CEO of Lifefactory, as chief operating officer. ICU is owned by San Francisco Equity Partners.

Nutrastar International, a Harbin, China-based producer of health beverages and organic and specialty foods, has appointed Richard Fearon to its board of directors. Fearon is the founder and managing partner of Accretive Capital Partners, a 12-year-old private equity firm that seeks out take-private candidates and has offices in Boston, New York and West Palm Beach, Fla.

Prospect Mortgage, a Sherman Oaks, Calif.-based home purchase lender, has appointed Michael Williams, a former president and CEO of Fannie Mae, chairman of its board of directors. Prior to Fannie Mae, Williams held positions at KPMG Peat Marwick and DuPont Co. Prospect is backed by the private equity firm Sterling Partners.

Sophiris Bio has appointed Noah Knauf as a director of the company. Knauf replaces Jonathan Leff, who has resigned as a director, as a Warburg Pincus nominee director. Knauf focuses on health care and life sciences as an investment professional at Warburg Pincus. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he was an associate at Parthenon Capital and a consultant with Bain & Company.

Kevin Kwong, a partner at Senrigan Capital, has left the Hong Kong-based hedge fund this month to start his own investment firm, Reuters reported. Kwong was part of the core investment team at Senrigan, an Asia-focused event-driven hedge fund that started in 2009 with seed capital from U.S. alternative asset manager Blackstone Group.
