Icicle Seafoods has named Amy Humphreys to be its president and chief executive officer, effective immediately. Humphreys previously served as president of Delta Western, a petroleum marketing and distribution company in Alaska. Icicle Seafoods is a portfolio company of buyout firm Paine & Partners.
Marc Litvinoff has resigned as president and CEO of ORC International, a global market research firm that is backed by Chicago-based Lake Capital. Simon Kooyman was named the company’s new CEO.
